Gurbaksh Chahal

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Gurbaksh brings extensive leadership, management and operational expertise to BlueLithium. He is responsible for the company's strategic vision and global expansion. He previously founded ClickAgents then led the company into a $40 million all-stock merger with ValueClick (Nasdaq: VCLK), to create the largest online ad network at the time.

Gurbaksh held the role of president of ValueClick/ClickAgents for two years, continuing to execute the vision of the combined network. As one of the most experienced and successful CEOs in interactive marketing Gurbaksh is a sought-after speaker, featured at conferences including Red Herring, JP Morgan, Bear Stearns and Ad:Tech.

Scott L. Kauffman

President and Chief Operating Officer

Scott has deep experience in traditional and online publishing along with advertising, digital media and Web technology. Scott's background includes leadership positions at CompuServe and Time Warner, where he served on the founding team of Entertainment Weekly magazine and as vice president of business development for Time Warner Interactive. At CompuServe, he was responsible for all consumer businesses and was a member of the road show team for the company's 1996 initial public offering. Prior to Time Warner, he was also a publisher and general manager at Newsweek.

Scott was recruited to Silicon Valley in 1997 by Kleiner Perkins to become president & CEO of AdKnowledge, which was founded by Dave Zinman who is now general manager of the BlueLithium ad network. After selling AdKnowledge to CMGI in 1999, Scott ran eCoverage (direct-to-consumer insurance), MusicNow (online music service), Coremetrics, (leader in web analytics), and most recently Zinio (pioneer in digital publishing). He was honored by Advertising Age in 1996 as one of twenty Digital Media Masters. In July of 1992, Advertising Age named him one of the top 100 marketers in the country.

Tim Brown

Managing Director, BlueLithium EU

Under Tim Brown's strategic leadership, BlueLithium has thrived in Europe. In less than one year, Tim grew BlueLithium UK from a concept into the second largest online ad network, surpassing companies that have operated here since the mid-90s. By its second quarter in business, BlueLithium UK was profitable, and is now the fastest growing ad network in Europe.

Prior to joining BlueLithium, Tim he was responsible for launching 24/7's UK operations in 1997. In the following years, he built and managed many of 24/7 Real Media's European offices and was responsible for the successful launch of 24/7 Real Media search marketing business across Europe. Before joining Real Media, Tim was vp for European sales at Powers International, the UK office for the world's largest international advertising representatives, Publigroupe. Tim has served on the European and UK board of the IAB. He is also a past chairman of the associate UK chapter of the International Advertising Association.

William Lonergan

Chief Financial Officer

Bill has over 25 years of financial management experience helping technology companies achieve significant growth and gains in market share. Most recently, Bill was CFO of LookSmart (online media and technology company). While at LookSmart, he assisted in transitioning the company from a search listing directory to a vertical search technology provider and reorganized the capital structure of the Company.

Previously he was responsible for accounting and administration at Tacit, an enterprise software company.. Prior to that he was a partner at KPMG LLP. During his tenure at the firm he was chosen as global lead partner for the Microsoft and Hewlett Packard accounts, named to the Leadership 2000 Partner group and appointed national director of the High Technology Performance Improvement Consulting Practice. He played instrumental roles in numerous IPOs and other capital transactions for high-growth public companies including Pinnacle Systems, SCM Microsystems and Micromuse. Mr. Lonergan is a C.P.A. and a Chartered Accountant.

Tim Mahlman

Chief Revenue Officer

Tim joins BlueLithium with 11 years of online advertising management and sales experience in Asia, Europe and the United States. Tim is responsible for leading the Sales and Business Development divisions of BlueLithium. Prior to joining BlueLithium, Tim was Senior Vice President of Winstar Interactive, overseeing day-to-day sales and operations of the company.

Before joining Winstar, Tim was based in Europe as a partner with Adgility, an online management consulting firm, specializing in online marketing initiatives. Previous to that, Tim was with 24/7 Media (NASDAQ: TFSM), most recently as Vice President of Sales for 24/7 Media Asia. Tim came to 24/7 Media in conjunction with the 1998 acquisition of CLIQNOW! where he was Director of Sales.

David Mariani

Chief Technology Officer

David brings 20 years of experience in building data-driven technology organizations, and is one of Silicon Valley's foremost experts at leveraging, protecting and monetizing user data.

Prior to joining BlueLithium, David founded and was CTO of MineShare, a leading customer marketing ASP. He raised $21 million for the company through three rounds of financing, and ultimately led its sale to Digital Impact for $34 million. When Digital Impact was acquired by Acxiom in May 2005, David became CTO of Acxiom Digital and continued to lead the company's growth until coming to BlueLithium in June, 2007.

Dakota Sullivan

Chief Marketing Officer

Dakota brings deep experience in both advertising and online marketing. Most recently, he was COO of Zoto, an online photo sharing startup. Prior to Zoto, Dakota was vp of marketing for LookSmart (Nasdaq: LOOK), where he helped grow the company's paid search listing business to ~$150M by carving out a competitive position vs. Google and Overture.

Previously, he was vp, creative director at Foote, Cone & Belding, a global ad agency, where he managed campaigns for Lucent and AT&T. Dakota also co-founded Big Island, an interactive agency that was sold to MARC USA, where he subsequently became managing director, overseeing brand initiatives for Verio and Bear Stearns.

Jay Webster

General Manager, BlueLithium Performance Network

Jay brings a wealth of experience in research, software development, networking and online advertising management. Before joining BlueLithium, he served as vp of engineering for Adteractive, Inc., a leader in online direct marketing, where he was responsible for the design, development and deployment of the company's software systems.

Previously, he was president and CTO for Fathom Online, a leading SEM firm. Prior to Fathom, Jay was CTO for Cybernautics, helping to lead the firm into a strategic acquisition by US Web/CKS, where he subsequently became a managing partner. Jay has also served as CTO for Liquid Thinking, and as a technology consultant for blue chip companies including American Airlines, Bell Atlantic, Sun Microsystems and Netscape.

Dave Zinman

General Manager, BlueLithium Ad Network

Dave brings a wealth of experience with online ad networks and online publishing to BlueLithium. Dave founded AdKnowledge, a pioneer in online ad serving technology including development of the first central ad server. At AdKnowledge, Dave held roles including CEO and vp of marketing. The company was sold to CMGI for $193 million in 1999 and Dave became svp of product marketing for Engage.

Most recently, Dave was svp of operations and marketing for Zinio Systems, a leader in digital publishing. Dave also served as vp of marketing and product management for Banter, a provider of natural language processing, and as vp of marketing/business development for Avasta.

Kamal Kaur

Vice President, Media

Kamal is responsible for developing the BlueLithium network, which includes over 1,000 sites. Prior to BlueLithium, Kamal served as vp of network development for ValueClick (Nasdaq: VCLK), where she led the development of one of the premiere online ad networks.

Kamal came to ValueClick as part of the ClickAgents merger, where she was one of the founding employees. A pioneer in the concept of network optimization, Kamal has garnered a stellar reputation among publishers and advertisers alike.

Eugene Kislyi

Vice President, Engineering

Eugene's talent and engineering experience plays a vital role in the success of Blue Lithium's advanced optimization technology.

Eugene co-founded AdRevolver, one of the first ad servers engineered to take advantage of today's rich media ads and high bandwidth consumer environment. He led the company into a strategic partnership with BlueLithium in 2004, where he now oversees research and development activities as well as playing an active role in shaping the company's growth strategy.
