Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities

Working with the Support Manager, you will provide frontline support for our publishers and advertisers, Sales Field, Trafficking, and Optimization teams in the implementation tracking code, direct post offers, and other general technical issues for North America.

Requirements
  • Ability to work with customers in a professional manner while working through a troubleshooting process.
  • Ability to develop reproducible troubleshooting processes.
  • Knowledge in the following areas: html, JavaScript, Flash, http, https and web transport protocols.
  • Familiar with web ad methods; such as CPM, CPC, CPA
  • Familiar with different types of web banner ads.
  • Ability to work with others in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to learn quickly, follow process with consistency, and have high attention to detail.
  • Desire to take initiative with problem solving; a self starter.
  • Desire to take ownership and pride in work.
  • Desire to learn new technologies and skills and remain up-to-date with latest trends.
  • Experience working with Adserving technology a plus.
