Director of Client Services

BlueLithium is determined to provide our clients with the highest level of service and attention to detail that our business permits. Currently, client relationships are managed by sales executives and day-to-day administrative and campaign management duties are handled by campaign managers in the sales organization. The Director of Client Services would work in the Sales organization to ensure that clients are receiving the highest level of service and support.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Designing and managing client service process.
  • Providing training, mentoring and assistance in client service to campaign management team
  • Managing technical support and training campaign managers in tier one technical support
  • Offering a tier two level of technical support for clients, before escalating to engineering
  • Coordinating with optimization and media teams to ensure smooth delivery of results
  • Working directly with clients
Required Skills and Abilities
  • Bachelors, with MBA or technical degree a plus
  • Five plus years in online advertising operations / support roles
  • Management experience a must
  • High degree of comfort with a rapidly changing market, rapidly growing organization
  • High energy, passion, drive a must
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral forms
