Senior Media Buyer - Performance Division - SJ/SF

Senior Media Buyer is responsible for creating strategic deals with new sites and brings them on board to BlueLithium's performance network. Responsibilities are to aggressively growing the LeadVance network by increasing distribution pipeline, acquiring strong publisher base, and working with affiliates/technology to support the needed platforms. This person works with the management team for meeting the objective of clients while maintaining the economic goals of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities

• To work closely with management to understand client needs and maximize distribution of lead volume efficiently
• To work with the affiliate publishers to negotiate and close contracts at the appropriate prices
• To work closely with the entire distribution team to ensure monthly/quarterly/yearly revenue goals are being met
• To grow & retain affiliate relationships
• To develop creative packages/splash pages/out of the box creative ideas to increase effectiveness of the advertising campaign from delivery aspect to maintain affiliates on the network
• To deliver CPA/CPL campaigns with company's economics in mind
• To understand optimization inputs and manipulation in order to fulfill an advertisers objectives.
• To use the feedback from optimization team to negotiate affiliate media buys

• Internet savvy with good understanding of online marketing.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to possess strong leadership, communication, customer service skills, and exchange information with others clearly and concisely.
• Ability to prospect, and use online media research & planning tools and other applications such as Evaliant.

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Expertise with CPA and Affiliate programs
