Gurbaksh Chahal

Chairman of the Board

Gurbaksh brings extensive leadership, management and operational expertise to BlueLithium. He is responsible for the company's strategic vision and global expansion. He previously founded ClickAgents then led the company into a $40 million all-stock merger with ValueClick (Nasdaq: VCLK), to create the largest online ad network at the time.

Gurbaksh held the role of president of ValueClick/ClickAgents for two years, continuing to execute the vision of the combined network. As one of the most experienced and successful CEOs in interactive marketing Gurbaksh is a sought-after speaker, featured at conferences including Red Herring, JP Morgan, Bear Stearns and Ad:Tech.

Scott L. Kauffman

Board Member

Scott has deep experience in traditional and online publishing along with advertising, digital media and Web technology. Scott's background includes leadership positions at CompuServe and Time Warner, where he served on the founding team of Entertainment Weekly magazine and as vice president of business development for Time Warner Interactive. At CompuServe, he was responsible for all consumer businesses and was a member of the road show team for the company's 1996 initial public offering. Prior to Time Warner, he was also a publisher and general manager at Newsweek.

Scott was recruited to Silicon Valley in 1997 by Kleiner Perkins to become president & CEO of AdKnowledge, which was founded by Dave Zinman who is now general manager of the BlueLithium ad network. After selling AdKnowledge to CMGI in 1999, Scott ran eCoverage (direct-to-consumer insurance), MusicNow (online music service), Coremetrics, (leader in web analytics), and most recently Zinio (pioneer in digital publishing). He was honored by Advertising Age in 1996 as one of twenty Digital Media Masters. In July of 1992, Advertising Age named him one of the top 100 marketers in the country.

Steve Eskenazi

Board Member - Walden Venture Capital

Steve has been responsible for building Walden Venture Capital media technology practice. He joined Walden Venture Capital from Alex. Brown, where he worked for seven years as a Managing Director and founder of Alex. Brown's New Media Group. At Alex. Brown, he was directly involved in financing and sponsoring a wide range of media technology companies. In addition to leading America Online's IPO, Alex. Brown handled the public offerings and private placements of BBN, Broderbund Software, CBT Systems, Creative Technology, Electronic Arts, GartnerGroup, Gemstar International, InfoSeek, Lycos, Macromedia, and Sylvan Learning Systems, among others.

In both 1995 and 1996, Steve was selected by the Wall Street Journal as an All-Star software analyst and stock picker, ranking #1 in 1995 (with a 90%+ return) and #5 in 1996 (with a 130% return). Prior to Alex. Brown, he began his career in 1985 working for IBM as a markeing representative. Steve is a member of the Board of Directors of Apollo International and TruSecure.

Steve received his Master of Business Administration from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Applied Mathematics with Honors from Union College.

David Silverman

Board Member - 3i US

David Silverman joined the 3i US team in 2000. He is focused on 3i's late stage efforts, with experience investing across all aspects of the Internet, software and semiconductor industries. David currently sits on the Board of Directors of BlueLithium, Discera, Forte Design Systems, Home Decor Products, and Real Girls Media. He is also involved with 3i's investments in Demand Media, Omniture and Vonage. David represents 3i as a member of the Venture Capital Advisory Board for the Fabless Semiconductor Association.

Before joining the 3i team, David spent three years as vice president in technology investment banking at Robertson Stephens. He has extensive transactional experience in equity corporate finance, leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations. David also worked as a corporate lawyer at the law firms of Ropes & Gray and Sidley & Austin. Prior to graduate school, he served during the Bush Administration as an aide to the Counsel to the President, acting as a liaison to several Washington research institutes and to the Executive Office during the President's Deregulation Initiative.

David earned his JD from Stanford Law School and graduated summa cum laude from Dartmouth College.

Rich Lefurgy

Board Member - Archer Advisors

Rich LeFurgy is an independent investor and a principal at Archer, a consultancy which advises clients on advertising and marketing strategy, as well as interactive advertising sales. Current and past clients include: America Online, Feedster, Google, Iconoculture, Interactive Advertising Bureau, MeeVee, Real Networks, and Space.com. While projects are multi-disciplined and varied, LeFurgy's current focus is on strategy, positioning, interactive advertising sales and business development.

LeFurgy has been a Venture Partner at Walden Venture Capital, a San Francisco venture capital fund that invests in digital media and software companies. He focuses on traditional and interactive marketing and media companies, and has invested and sat on the board of a number of interactive advertising and media companies, including Lot 21 (sold to Carat Interactive), IGN Networks (formerly Snowball, an online gaming network), and All Advantage, a pioneering online media company that paid consumers for their media value to advertisers.

In 1996 LeFurgy co-founded the Interactive Advertising Bureau, the industry trade association for online media sellers. As a volunteer while working for StarWave (see below), he was elected IAB Chairman and Director for five consecutive years from 1996-2001, and today serves as a member of the Executive Committee and heads special projects.

LeFurgy has long been recognized as one of interactive industry's leaders, and was recently awarded the Interactive Advertising Bureau's first Lifetime Achievement Award in 2004. In 2000, he was one of the first inductees to Advertising Age's Interactive Hall of Fame, along with Jeff Bezos, Jerry Yang and Steve Case.

LeFurgy is a graduate of the Newhouse School at Syracuse University with a BS in Advertising. He serves on the Adtech Advisory Board, and has previously served on the board of the Advertising Research Foundation, the Advertising Education Foundation and the YMCA of Greater New York.

Bob Cohn

Board Member

Bob Cohn is an independent investor and advisor to growing companies. He founded Octel Communications Corporation and served as its Chairman and CEO, and then as Executive Vice President at Lucent Technologies, Inc. He has served on the boards of Octel, Trimble Navigation, Electronic Arts, Ashford.com, Digital Domain, Right Hemisphere, and Adomo.

For three years he was a member of the Board of Governors of NASDAQ and served on NASDAQ's Executive Committee. He was a member of the Advisory Council of the Stanford Graduate School of Business and has previously been a member of the American Business Conference, the Council of Competitiveness, and the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. He served on a CEO advisory board to the Secretary of Defense and was a partner with Sequoia Capital for two years.

Mr. Cohn holds a BS degree in mathematics and computer science from the University of Florida and an MBA from Stanford University.

James Hogan

Board Member - Telos Venture Partners

James Hogan is an independent board member. He is a general partner at Telos Venture Partners and has worked in the semiconductor industry for over three decades. His experience includes time as a senior executive in electronic design automation, semiconductor intellectual property, semiconductor equipment, and fabrication companies.

Immediately prior to joining Telos Venture Partners in 2004, he was senior vice president of business development of Artisan Components. Previously, Jim was senior vice president of business development and the senior member of the office of chief technologist at Cadence Design Systems. He was a Cadence executive fellow and held several positions at Cadence including president of Cadence Japan, corporate vice president of marketing, and corporate vice president for field operations. He was also chief operating officer of Smart Machines Inc., a semiconductor equipment automation company.

Jim holds a B.A degree in mathematics, a B.S. degree in computer science and an M.B.A all from San Jose State University. He serves on the Board of Advisors at San Jose State's School of Engineering.
